Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time W-2 sales role to help launch our newest market. 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer, with in-home presentations and a clear path to leadership.

Meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, receive elite training and mentorship, and enjoy weekly pay, monthly bonuses, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days. Local appointments based on where you live.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
