Position Details

Full‑time salary and commission based with performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up immediately on leads and schedule onsite visits.
• Educate homeowners about the damage, insurance process, and remediation.
• Build trust and urgency during consultations to sign service agreements on the spot.
• Document client interactions and signed contracts in CRM systems.
