Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads provided by our marketing team and qualify their needs and interest in our services
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the benefits of our agency's marketing solutions
• Negotiate contract terms and address any client concerns or objections to close sales deals successfully
• Maintain a deep understanding of our services, market trends, and competitive landscape to position our offerings effectively
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the sales process
• Track sales metrics and maintain CRM records to monitor progress and report on sales performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably as a closer in a marketing or advertising environment
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
• Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
