Job summary

Ride The Wave is seeking a closer to convert booked appointments into signed deals for home-service clients. You will own the sales pipeline, starting with discovery calls and ending with closed contracts, while contributing to refining the pitch and process.

We offer a fully remote role in the United States with a baseline of $6,000 per month plus commission; top performers earn significantly higher through commissions. Expect monthly targets and a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing high-ticket B2B deals, ideally agency, marketing or SaaS sales to small businesses.
• Track record of hitting quota you can show, ideally 200k+ cash collected per month.
• Comfortable on the phone and on Zoom, coachable, and self-driven in a remote setup.

Ride The Wave helps home-service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing and more) grow with Facebook Groups and organic social. We went from 0 to 500 clients in 3 years, fully remote, and we're adding a closer to keep up with demand.

What you'll do

• - Run discovery and closing calls with home-service business owners from a steady flow of booked appointments
• - Own your pipeline in our CRM from first call to signed deal
• - Hit monthly revenue targets and help sharpen our pitch and process

What we're looking for

Pay
