ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under minimal supervision, provides clerical and administrative support to the Inside Sales Manager.

• Provides sales support for the sales department, primarily focusing on data entry tasks.
• Creates and maintains files for new, current and internal company customers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Language: ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to verbally communicate effectively.
• Mathematical: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry.
• Reasoning Ability: ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to read & interpret order instructions & specifications.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically, Outlook, Word & Excel.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $20.00 to $24.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 40 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
