Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Sales Center Coordinator to coordinate depot operations and ensure accurate product accountability. You will input daily claims, transfers and inventories, stack pallets, and maintain a neat, safe warehouse environment.

The role requires good computer literacy, basic math, and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. A high school diploma and warehouse experience are preferred, with equal opportunity employed across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months warehouse experience preferred.
• A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily depot activities and ensure product accountability.
• Input claims, transfers and inventories into the computer daily.
• Stack trays and move dollies, maintain a clean, safe warehouse area.
• Check returns from routes and input into the computer.
• Verify loads for accuracy before the inbound/outbound arrivals.

TheSales Center Coordinatorfacilitates the coordination of activities relating to the Depot’s daily operations.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Product Accountability for the depot.
• Ensuring that all claims, transfers, and inventories are accurately inputted into the computer on a daily basis.
• Stacking trays/dollies, repositioning empty racks and cleanup of warehouse area, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Checking in all returns from the routes and inputting into the computer.
• Checking all loads to ensure accuracy prior to the I/O’s arrival.
