Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Sales Center Coordinator to oversee the depot’s daily operations and maintain product accountability. You will input claims, transfers and inventories into the computer and ensure loads are accurate before arrival.

The role requires basic warehouse experience or related training, a high school diploma, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months warehouse experience preferred.
• A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations at the depot.
• Maintain product accountability for the depot.
• Input claims, transfers and inventories into the computer daily.
• Stack trays/dollies and reposition racks; keep warehouse area clean and safe.
• Check in all returns from routes and input into the computer.
• Verify loads for accuracy prior to the I/O arrival.

The Sales Center Coordinator facilitates the coordination of activities relating to the Depot’s daily operations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Product Accountability for the depot.
• Ensuring that all claims, transfers, and inventories are accurately inputted into the computer on a daily basis.
• Stacking trays/dollies, repositioning empty racks and cleanup of warehouse area, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Checking in all returns from the routes and inputting into the computer.
• Checking all loads to ensure accuracy prior to the I/O’s arrival.
