Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in Cincinnati is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to lead revenue-generating catered events, including weddings, social gatherings, and meetings. You will partner with the sales and banquet teams to plan, service, and profitably execute events, communicate with clients, and coordinate with outside vendors in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree, 3+ years in high-end catering sales, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell revenue-generating catered events including weddings, social, meetings, and conferences.
• Detail, service, and plan events with collaboration from key departments.
• Coordinate and execute all programs/services contracted through the catering department.
• Rectify deficiencies with operational departments and work with the banquets team.
• Develop relationships with area businesses, associations, and SMERF to grow social business.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and maintain organization and attention to detail.

The Catering Sales Manager is a key position that will be responsible for selling revenue generating catered events to include, but not limited to weddings, social, meetings & conference events with all relevant profit driving components. In addition, the position will detail, service, and plan for the success of these events with collaboration of key departments to achieve maximum profitability and guest satisfaction.
