Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is the home replacement division of Andersen Windows. In this role, you will meet homeowners at their homes, discuss our window and door solutions, and schedule in-home consultations with the sales team.

No prior experience is required and we provide training and all necessary tools to help you earn uncapped bonuses. You will generate leads, represent the brand, and travel through assigned neighborhoods, often walking outdoors to connect with homeowners and schedule

• Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
• Background in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal driven.

Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible!
