Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking an energetic field sales representative in Stamford, CT. You’ll visit homeowners, discuss their window and door needs, and schedule in-home consultations with our sales team.

No experience is required; we provide training and tools. Earn $21/hour during training, $23/hour after training, and $25/hour as a permanent base after achieving 50 qualified appointments, plus uncapped bonuses and a $300 sign-on bonus.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible!

What You’ll Earn:

• $21/hour during paid training and onboarding
• $23/hour upon completion of training
• $25/hour permanent base rate after generating 50 qualified appointments for our sales team
• Uncapped performance bonuses on top of your hourly pay
• $300 sign-on bonus
