Verkada is seeking a Business Systems Support Specialist to support its Business Systems team, growing internal user base, and the sales team. This role will work with our Business Systems team and internal customers to ensure proper use of tools and processes, delivering a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for platform users.
• Prioritize positive user experience in Salesforce for the sales organization.
• Document and communicate proper processes, tips, and tricks.
• Enable the user base to use business tools properly.
• Understand the context and scale of our systems, and use that knowledge to effectively problem solve.
• Identify areas of improvement within existing platforms and work with engineering teams to deliver regular improvements.
