You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to build tailored analytical solutions and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or a related field.
• Must have experience with Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports to identify strategic trends.
• Analyze sales data to recommend actionable revenue optimizations across operational touchpoints.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to build tailored analytical solutions.
• Implement automated data pipeline enhancements and process optimizations using modern analytics tools.
• Drive data-informed leadership decisions through concise visual presentations and ad-hoc analytics.
• Leverage AI literacy to streamline complex data modeling and reporting workflows.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

This role solves complex data fragmentation challenges by transforming multi-departmental sales and operational metrics into actionable insights. The position bridges communication gaps across cross-functional teams to align performance data with overarching strategic objectives. Additionally, this role addresses manual workflow inefficiencies by introducing scalable automation and enhanced reporting frameworks.

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
