Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in data management tools including Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, SQL, OneStream, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
• Proven experience leveraging AI Application frameworks to streamline analytical workflows and enhance data modeling efficiency
• Strong problem‑solving expertise with a demonstrated ability to synthesize facts, establish baseline metrics, and draw valid strategic conclusions
• High‑level oral and written communication skills with deep competence in translating technical financial data into accessible presentations
• Exceptional collaborative capabilities with a history of fostering productive, cross‑departmental working relationships
• Solid operational grasp of core accounting and finance principles

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or business forecasting
• Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
  • Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) and SQL
  • OneStream or similar enterprise CPM software
  • Google Suite (Sheets and Slides)

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $136,625.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
