**Pay: **$45,000–$60,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (earlier start times possible) **Job Type: **Full-Time Location: Springfield, MI

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide product information, pricing, and solutions.
• Learn how to manage customer accounts, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
• Gain experience with sales processes, order management, inventory, and purchasing.
• Assist with customer inquiries, product quotes, and order fulfillment.
• Develop an understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry.
• Learn how to negotiate pricing, support sales goals, and contribute to business growth.
• Work with experienced team members to develop sales strategies and strengthen customer relationships.
• Gain hands‑on experience with warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
• Participate in professional development, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities.
• Take on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and experience grow.

What to Expect

You’ll begin by learning the day-to-day operations of the business and gradually take on more customer-facing and sales-related responsibilities. The training process includes exposure to customer service, inventory management, purchasing, inside sales, and outside sales. You’ll also learn how to develop accounts, prepare competitive pricing, coordinate orders, and support customer projects.
