Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Comfort with proactive outbound sales activity.
• CRM proficiency.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and standard computer applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and conversation.
• Ability to maintain accurate CRM records, notes, tags, and follow-up activity.
• Demonstrated pipeline management and closing ability.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and personal accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities while advancing pipeline activity and responding to inbound leads.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic referral partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by advancing the sales pipeline through inside and outside sales, cross-selling, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage assigned opportunities, re-engage dormant leads, and present second-look estimates.
• Maintain CRM records, notes, tags, and follow-up activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Contact Center, Production, Marketing, and Administration to support revenue growth and client service.
