THE POSITION:
As a Business Development Representative you will serve a critical role in NovoPath’s sales process in many cases as the “tip of the spear” or first prospect contact point. The right candidate will be one who enjoys leading and using the latest tactics to connect with prospects, works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, is highly self-motivated and can easily initiate relaxed but informative two-way conversations with prospects. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a prospect’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.

Base pay 50k-65k DOE + Bonus/Commissions up to 20k
