About iBrick

At iBrick.online, we are revolutionizing education through hands-on learning with LEGO-compatible bricks. As we expand in the U.S. market, we are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager with a strong background in educational sales to drive partnerships and sales within the education sector.

About the Role

This role requires someone who already has deep connections and experience in the education sector and understands how to navigate sales processes with decision-makers in schools and other educational institutions.

As a key player in our growth, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with school districts, homeschool communities, and educational organizations that can benefit from our platform. Drive end-to-end sales processes – from lead generation to closing deals.

Attend relevant education industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote iBrick.

Provide market insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.

Established network and relationships within the education industry.

Strong understanding of the U.S. education system, including public/private schools, charter schools, and homeschool networks.

Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth in the education space.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Passion for education, EdTech, and innovative learning solutions.

Why Join Us?
