is seeking a Sales Business Analyst to support our Sales function, partnering with stakeholders and technology teams to analyze and improve processes through SAP Customer Experience and related tools. The role blends business analysis with hands-on system optimization in a hybrid in-office role in Neenah, WI. As a Business Analyst or II, you will understand core objectives, evaluate processes, and implement solutions to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and implement technology to support the sales unit
• Define business needs, project requirements, system specifications, and deliverables
• Coordinate activities and maintain communication with management, tech teams, end users and stakeholders
• Coordinate decisions based on business requirements, system functionality, and best practices
• Participate in system configuration, data conversion, and testing processes
• Troubleshoots system errors and performance problems; provide help desk support
• Prepare and update documentation (functional specs, SOPs, end-user docs)
• May create and maintain reports and analytics for the business unit
• May conduct end-user training
• Facilitate timely system testing for new implementations and updates
• Determine security profiles and audit access
• Participate in process improvement activities (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Lead project management and change management for medium to large projects
• Provide coaching and training to other Business Analysts
• Internal experience may vary with candidate

Position Summary

J. J. Keller is hiring a Sales Business Analyst who will work to support our Sales function, which is a critical part of our workforce and comprised of over 500 associates. In this role, you will be an advocate for Sales and partner with business stakeholders and technology teamsto analyze, implement and continuously improve bothsales process automationand business operations through the effective utilization of technology. As a Business Analystembedded in the business unit, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the core business objectives, help to evaluateprocesses, and recommend/implementsolutions that support and enhance productivity.

J. J. Keller has astrong technology platformin place, utilizingOn-premise and Cloud solutions in SAP. This position's focus will primarily be on the SAP Customer Experience Solution. We continue to invest in technology and also have a strong corporate-wide Business Process Improvement program, including a specific focus on automation initiatives.

This position can be filled as a Business Analyst or Business Analyst II, based on experience.

This position will be required to work onsite at our corporate office in Neenah, WI at least 3 days per week.

Job Responsibilities

• Identifies, analyzes and facilitates the implementation of new and enhanced technology to support the sales business unit:
  • Work with business unit to define business needs, project requirements, system specifications, and deliverables.
  • Coordinates activities and maintains on-going communication with management, technology team, end users, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinates decisions based on business requirements, system functionality, and best business practices.
  • Participates in system configuration, data conversion, and testing processes.
• Troubleshoots system errors and performance problems so that business needs are met on a timely basis. Provides support for help desk calls. Analyzes trends and develops recommendations to resolve recurring issues.
• Prepares and updates documentation to include functional specifications, testing procedures, end user documentation, technical standard operating procedures (SOP), etc.
• May create and maintain reports and analytics to support the business unit.
• May prepare and conduct end-user training.
• Facilitates timely and thorough system testing for new system implementations and system updates/upgrades.
• Determines appropriate system security profiles in accordance with data security policies and practices. Audits security access on a regular basis and resolves issues.
• Actively participates in business process improvement activities to include leading and participating in process improvement events (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).

Business Analyst II – Additional Responsibilities:

• Leads project management and change management activities formedium to large scope projects, either independently or in partnership with other project leaders.
• Provides coaching, mentoring and training to other Business Analysts.

Experience - Business Analyst

• 2+ years' experience working with SAP
• Process or systems analysis experience

Experience - Business Analyst II

• 5+ years' experience working with SAP
• 2+ years of business analyst/systems analyst experience
• Prior project leadership experience

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology related field
• In lieu of the Bachelor's degree, will consider an additional 4 years of directly related experience.
• Lean, CBAP or PMP certification a plus

Computer Skills

• System implementation and configuration experience a plus
• Experience with report writing/query tools such as SQL, Crystal, Business Objects, etc.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.
