Jim Ellis Chevrolet Atlanta is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to join our Georgia-based team. You will promptly respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments for our sales professionals, while explaining vehicle features and maintaining the CRM database.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a background in customer service, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and set appointments for sales professionals.
• Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information and forwarding requests.
• Explain vehicle features and options.
• Maintains call center database by entering information.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Complete all Leads in compliance with set guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
