Job summary

D1 Training, a dynamic athletic-based training facility, is seeking a high-energy sales-minded teammate to join our team in Fairfield, CT. You will handle incoming calls, make outbound contacts, book free trials, and promote all D1 products and services in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, preferably in fitness, and are motivated by performance-based bonuses and advancement opportunities. Part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual.
• Must have 1+ years in sales.
• Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact.
• Nurturing leads through the sales process.
• Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
• Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.
• Generate and manage organic leads

Job Summary
