Job summary

D1 TRAINING in Austin is seeking a high-energy sales professional to join our fast-paced, athletics-driven team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, book free trials, and push programs and merchandise to prospective clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales and 1 year in customer service, preferably in fitness. You will maintain client records in our CRM and strive to turn leads into lasting memberships through excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales
• 1+ year in customer service, preferably in fitness
• High-energy individual

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
• Nurturing leads through the sales process
• Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly
• Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals
• Maintaining Customer Accounts and billing in our CRM

Job Summary

High energy, enthusiastic person to join our team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.
