Job summary

ALO in Pasadena is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an authentic, high‑level guest experience. You will be the face of our brand, educating customers about our community and culture while meeting store sales goals and maintaining a seamless shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO guiding principles.
• Self-motivated with a desire to excel individually and as a team.
• Constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb and twist, and use a ladder safely.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Impacts the business and store environment positively, aligning with goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage customers to provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate guests on GMD and store initiatives and product knowledge.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO model through experience and knowledge.
• Support meeting store goals using company tools and incentives.
• Assist in processing shipment and ensure product flow and replenishment.
• Follow front and back of house procedures per policy and keep store safe.
