Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking Sales Associates to deliver world-class service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, explain product features, and process purchases at the POS while maintaining merchandising standards.

You will stock shelves, recover the sales floor, and keep the store clean. Training and development are provided; ear piercing is available at select locations following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 50 lbs., while utilizing appropriate safety techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Explain product features and benefits in relation to the customers’ needs by providing in-depth product knowledge.
• Process transactions at the POS and maintain accurate customer information.
• Stock shelves and merchandise products following visual guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Participate in training and development as required.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of computers and POS systems.
• After comprehensive training, perform ear piercings and provide a safe, sanitary experience in select locations.
