Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST service throughout their shopping experience.
• Identify customer needs, recommend products, and provide knowledgeable, personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and current western/workwear trends.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, displays, and housekeeping.
• Keep merchandise displayed, signed, stocked, and properly located.
• Report safety concerns and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Support store operations including price changes, inventory tasks, and other duties.
