Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting customers, identifying needs, and helping them find products that meet those needs. You will maintain product knowledge, use effective selling techniques, and support store operations, while keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST service.
• Identify customer needs, recommend products, and provide knowledgeable, personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and trends, and assist with merchandising updates.
• Stock merchandise, recover displays, and keep the floor clean and organized.
• Remain attentive to store safety and report concerns to management.
• Support daily store operations and other assigned tasks.
