Job summary

ALO in New York seeks a Sales Associate who will embody the ALO experience and brand mission. You’ll educate guests about our products, guide them through the store’s Retail, Yoga, and Café offerings, and drive store sales through authentic connection and service.

The role requires energetic, teamwork-driven individuals willing to move around the floor, handle shipments, maintain visual merchandising, and participate in a flexible, 32–40 hour weekly schedule during peak season.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in client-centric sales is preferred.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Aligns with ALO principles and brand culture.
• Self-motivated with team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to move around store throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales goals by leading brand initiatives.
• Engage customers and create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships and educate guests about our community.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports and drive action plans.
• Ensure floor coverage and support merchandising and product flow.
• Educate staff on store goals and new product launches.
