Massage Envy Gainesville seeks a front desk team member who enjoys helping people and guiding them toward wellness services. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, and educate guests on massage, skincare, and stretch offerings while promoting memberships and retail products.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Open days include days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualificações

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable learning technology, handling transactions, and managing multiple responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Recommend wellness memberships, services, and retail products that support clients' needs.

• Manage phone calls, emails, scheduling, and other daily front desk responsibilities.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organize supplies throughout the clinic.
• Proactively connect with clients to encourage continued wellness care.
• Collaborate with your teammates to achieve individual and clinic goals.

What You'll Do

As part of our front desk team, you'll:

Positions Available: Full-Time and Part-Time

Schedule: Day, evening, and weekend shifts available. Open seven days a week.
