Massage Envy Jacksonville is seeking team members who can deliver outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued during every visit. You will promote Total Body Care, educate clients on services, and drive bookings for future appointments while supporting daily clinic flow.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, strong math and computer skills, and proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail or service environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be a critical thinker with strong math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build positive relationships with guests.
• Supporters of total body care with general knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services, promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and book future services.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle scheduling to support clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
