Job summary

AutoNation, a leading automotive retailer, is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage with customers online, over the phone, and in person as they guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle setting. You’ll respond to leads promptly and provide information to help convert inquiries into in-store visits, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll help customers choose vehicles, negotiate terms to fit budgets, and transition buyers to the Service department for ongoing ownership

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to use technology to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online, phone, and in-person leads to guide vehicle purchases.
• Assist customers from internet contact to in-store experience with excellent service.
• Meet and exceed targeted sales goals and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Direct customers to the Service department for ongoing ownership support.
