Job summary

Inchcape Guam is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to guide customers through the vehicle purchasing and leasing process, helping them find the right car while delivering an exceptional buying experience. You will build lasting customer relationships and aim to meet or exceed monthly sales and satisfaction goals.

Greet customers in the showroom and on the lot, demonstrate vehicle features, coordinate with Finance and Service, and schedule the first service appointment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous automotive or retail sales experience preferred.
• Valid Guam driver's license required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet performance goals.
