DSI is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store environment in Simsbury, Connecticut. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales while meeting performance targets.

The role offers paid training, 401(k) with employer match, and opportunities for advancement as part of a fast-paced retail team focused on customer support and sales results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
