DSI Systems, Inc. in Simsbury, Connecticut is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a high-traffic store-within-store setting. You will engage customers, educate on wireless products, and close sales to drive store performance.

The role requires strong communication, 1+ year in retail or customer service, and the ability to stand 8+ hours. We offer paid training, commission potential, advancement opportunities, and benefits starting within the first month.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
