Job summary

DSI is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Holyoke, MA. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes earning potential through uncapped commissions and performance-based pay. Training is provided, with opportunity for internal advancement and benefits starting after hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred).
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
