KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Soma in Miami, FL. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a fast-paced, customer-centered environment.

This temporary/part-time role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and strong communication to build lasting connections with shoppers and drive store success.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Must be 18+ years old in most states; 16+ in specified states.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the sales floor.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
