Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Southern Pines, NC to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment. You will share product knowledge and provide personalized service while building genuine connections with shoppers.

In this role you will help merchants with merchandising and inventory, maintain brand standards, and support a positive, collaborative team. Flexible availability is required, including nights and weekends.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
