Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for our Sarasota store to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. You will help maintain an inviting, organized store and support merchandising and store operations.

You will contribute to a positive team environment, promote brand loyalty, and assist customers across channels. Flexibility for nights and weekends is preferred.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
