Job Title: Sales Associate Team Leader

Pay Rate

$13.48/hr

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers warmly and provide efficient service.
2. Handle sales transactions accurately using electronic cash registers.
3. Assist with shift change procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation.
4. Process specialty transactions such as money orders, credit card purchases, checks, and lottery sales.
5. Check IDs for restricted sales.
6. Replenish and organize stock of food service supplies.
7. Clean and sanitize all equipment and store areas regularly.
8. Manage trash disposal and store cleanliness.
9. Stock and rotate merchandise on shelves and coolers.
10. Receive and check vendor deliveries.
11. Complete merchandise forms and order supplies as needed.
12. Participate in training programs and provide feedback on training materials.
13. Monitor cash levels and store security during shifts.
14. Review and complete job assignments and other duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
