Job Title: Sales Associate Team Leader

Overview

We are currently hiring a friendly, experienced Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader who enjoys delivering 100% customer satisfaction.

Shift Information

10am-6pm, 3pm-11pm

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide efficient service.
• Process sales transactions accurately using electronic cash registers.
• Assist with shift change procedures, including cash drawer counts.
• Use equipment to process specialty products like money orders, credit card purchases, checks, and lottery sales.
• Verify customer identification for restricted sales.
• Replenish and stock food service supplies.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and all areas using proper procedures.
• Manage inventory, including stock rotation and damage removal.
• Check in vendor deliveries and complete necessary forms.
• Order merchandise and provide feedback on training programs.
• Monitor cash levels and security during shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
