Join the Sales Associate Team Leader role at Roadrunner Markets

We are currently hiring a friendly, experienced Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader who enjoys delivering 100% customer satisfaction.

Pay: $15/hour

Working hours: Must be able to work 3pm-11pm

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide efficient service.
• Handle sales transactions accurately using electronic cash registers, including cash handling, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist with shift change by counting cash in the drawer.
• Use equipment to process specialty transactions like money orders, credit card purchases, checks, and lottery sales.
• Check IDs for restricted sales.
• Replenish stock of food service supplies and ensure cleanliness of all equipment and areas.
• Maintain stock levels, remove damaged or expired merchandise, and price items correctly.
• Check in deliveries and complete related documentation.
• Order merchandise and provide feedback on training materials.
• Monitor cash levels and security during shifts.
• Review and complete job assignments and other duties as needed to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
