GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
• Confidently provide an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail, and offering a personalized shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results through selling skills and goal-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly to changing environments

Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.17

Employee pay depends on factors like location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits may include health care, retirement, paid time off, and discounts. We also offer a bonus and/or commission plan as part of a total rewards package.
