GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate sets the standard in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every customer has the best experience at For Eyes. This role helps establish For Eyes as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and meet company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames, taking optical measurements, and coordinating with opticians.
• Participate in creating a positive store environment and maintain displays and inventory.
• Treat customers and colleagues with respect to foster an inclusive culture.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and basic math skills
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt accurately
• Strong communication skills and sales accountability
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking ability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
