GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently deliver sales plans and meet company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through making personal connections, attention to detail, and offering a personalized shopping experience, resulting in customer satisfaction.
3. Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets under your control.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
3. Self-accountability for sales results using effective selling skills and a goal-driven mindset
4. Strong communication skills (oral and written)
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
