GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently meet sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences that ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
