General Function

Our Sales Associates are crucial to our success. You will create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers, helping them find high-quality eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales goals and company objectives by developing new and maintaining existing customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and building connections, leading to customer satisfaction.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Protect company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy
3. Self-accountability for sales results, with strong selling skills and goal orientation
4. Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
5. Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and adapt to a fast-changing environment
