GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently meet sales goals by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a connection, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adapt to new technology and change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, using selling skills and goal-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a changing environment
