GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver sales targets and company objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service, making personal connections and offering a unique shopping experience that results in satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized, and securing company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales through effective selling skills and goal orientation
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
