GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently meet sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through genuine connection, attention to detail, and personalized service, leading to customer satisfaction.
3. Participate actively in creating a positive store environment and foster strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and a goal-oriented mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
