GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates play a crucial role in the success of Sunglass Hut. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
  2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through genuine connections, attention to detail, and personalized service, leading to customer satisfaction.
  3. Participate actively in creating a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
  4. Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
  5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
  • Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and goal orientation
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
