GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized attention, making meaningful connections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
  • Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and goal-oriented drive
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
