General Function

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find high-quality eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences, resulting in customer satisfaction.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory. Secure all company assets under your control.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy
3. Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-oriented drive
4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-changing environment
